TERMS OF SALE

DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY COUNSEL. REPLACE BEFORE TRADING.

These terms govern every order placed through this site with [ENTITY], [ADDRESS]. By confirming an order you accept them in full. Nothing in them limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send written confirmation that the piece has been despatched, not when the order is placed.

We may decline an order where the piece is unavailable, where we cannot authorise payment, where we suspect fraud, or where a price or description was published in error.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. Duties and import taxes for destinations outside the customs union are indicated before you confirm.

Payment is taken at despatch unless the payment method states otherwise.

If a price is listed in obvious error we will contact you before despatch and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

DELIVERY, TITLE AND RISK

Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Where no date is agreed we deliver within thirty days of the contract forming.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our own returns window is longer and is set out under Returns.

Withdrawal does not apply to pieces made or personalised to your specification.

CONFORMITY AND LIABILITY

We are liable for lack of conformity existing at delivery under the applicable consumer guarantee.

We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, nor for business loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of [ENTITY]'s jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
