RETURNS

Returns are complimentary within thirty days of delivery. This sits on top of, and does not replace, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal set out under Terms of Sale.

Pieces must be unworn, in their original packaging, with every tag attached and any seal intact.

Footwear must be tried on a soft surface and returned in its box, which forms part of the piece.

Contact client services to arrange collection, or take the piece to any boutique.

Use the prepaid label supplied. Keep the proof of despatch until the refund appears.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten working days of the piece arriving at the warehouse, and include the original standard delivery charge.

Where a return does not meet the condition requirements we will contact you before making any deduction.

A piece that is faulty or not as described may be returned at any point within the statutory guarantee period for repair, replacement or refund. The thirty-day window does not limit this.
