Complimentary express delivery on every order, carried by [CARRIER].

Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a working day are despatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend or public holiday, are despatched the next working day.

A tracking reference is issued by email at despatch.

Delivery is made against signature. If nobody is available the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery.

We deliver to street addresses only — no post boxes or freight forwarders.

For destinations outside the customs union, duties and import taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm your order. Where they are collected on delivery instead, that is stated at checkout.
